Course Delivery – HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
At the National Diversity Institute of Australia (NDIA), our HLTAID009 Provide CPR course is delivered through a blended learning format, offering the perfect balance between flexibility and hands-on experience. This approach allows learners to complete the theory component online at their own pace, followed by a focused 1.5-hour practical training session with our qualified trainers.
How It Works
Online Learning – Begin with the theoretical component through our interactive online learner guide. This self-paced study allows you to understand CPR principles, emergency response procedures, and the latest Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines before attending your practical session.
Practical Training – Attend a scheduled 1.5-hour face-to-face session where you will demonstrate CPR techniques on both adult and child manikins. During this session, our experienced and accredited trainers will provide personalised feedback and guidance to help you perfect your technique and gain confidence in performing CPR in real-world situations.
The total time to complete both components may vary depending on your previous knowledge and experience. Once you have successfully completed the training and assessment, you will be awarded a nationally recognised HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification.
